Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Within the United States
Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days.
A tracking number will be provided with every order.
Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped using a standard U.S. carrier.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and package weight.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Alex Green Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the item as delivered. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.
Returns and Refund Policy
All sales are final, except for verified manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for change of mind, improper use, or normal wear. To report a defect, the customer must submit evidence (360° video, clear photos, original packaging) within 3 days of delivery. If confirmed as a manufacturingconfirmed defect, a refund or replacement will be approved.
60-Day Limited Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from use, impact, water, chemicals, skin PH, or normal wear.
Internal Quality Control
Each order is documented with photos before shipping, including piece, pouch, box, and final packaging.
