Returns and Refund Policy
 

All sales are final, except for verified manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for change of mind, improper use, or normal wear. To report a defect, the customer must submit evidence (360° video, clear photos, original packaging) within 3 days of delivery. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, a refund or replacement will be approved.
 

60-Day Limited Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from use, impact, water, chemicals, skin PH, or normal wear.
 

Internal Quality Control
Each order is documented with photos before shipping, including piece, pouch, box, and final packaging.
